It seems to be well maintained and updated, works reliably, nice to be able to collaborate with other employees to assist inquiring customers, only picky thing would be I wish we could customize the UI a little more like G-Mail Inbox, etc, and perhaps incorporate the AI capabilities for creating replies quicker, etc
Exceptionally helpful application. Simple to chat with my clients from any where. The automated message is perfect. also, the best thing is one stage for all inboxes including Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify

Shopify inbox is the only one of its kind. Here are three reasons why you need this app
1. It integrates your messages in one place. IG, FB, and your store chat with customers are in one easy and convenient place. This saves me so much time. 2. Being able to share the store's discounts as well as the products makes it very convenient for my customers and myself. I can see which page potential customers are on and the products they've added/removed from their cart 3. You get a view of your customer's journey as it shows the pages that your customer is chatting from when they chat with you from your website
Overall good and super simple to use, but could be improved. Please add a way to research conversations by name/order number. Another useful feature would be the ability to tag customers with custom-tags.

I Like how this app connects me to my customers better. i would like a way to forward notifications to my facebook messenger as i dont always see notifications in app.

In terms of you not receiving notifications, this is something that our developers are aware of and they are going to be shipping an update soon that should resolve this issue.
