I like the app, because it's easy to use, and allows to connect directly with your clients. It's easier for them to ask about orders, and products, or to. solve a 1-min problem. It gives more credibility to the store, and thanks to the app, you can answer at every moment.
The only "error" I found, are the notifications: they get triggered again when I open the app, but it's not a big deal.

good app. easy to use and working with my team. shopify should build more free app for user like this
