We love Shopify Inbox. It has really helped us better meet the needs of our customers by answering questions in a more timely manner.
I sell Panoxol a Patented Herbal supplement that lowers blood pressure. This is a tricky category. Shopify Inbox was helpful to allow me to answer product questions right away for my customers. I have nothing to compare against except Facebook.
When you are offline the message comes right to your email box. It gives you the opportunity to reply to your customer right away.
This allows me to help customers in real time and keep people from leaving the site because they have a question about our products. It also allows me to see themes and better work my website to help make information more clear for my customers.

Easy to use, easy to set up and easy to organise. Links with my store with ease. Would be good to be able to answer messages within my admin. Other than that, good app.

App works great and exactly as expected. If there was a little more customization and an "I'm away" type feature that could be toggled on/off, it'd be perfect. With that said, for the price, it totally meets our needs!

I love that my staff can handle messages coming into the website and FB all in one place without having to access my FB account. It also gives us a way to see the conversations, so we know what is going on.
