We've been using this app for about a year now. It's simple and straight forward to set, and easy for our team to manage and interact with customers on our website. It has all the tools needed making it chatting with customers an easy task. Highly recommended.
The only complaint, and I'm nitpicking, is the agent's avatar which doesn't display on the front end. It would be great if the avatar of the agent taking the call could be displayed on the chat instead of the smiley face to make the interaction more personal. Other than that, we love it.
The chat feature is a good feature. It gives customers (and owners) a chance to ask questions and give answers, if not right away, within a reasonable time.

This has worked really well for us and our customers seem happy to interact with it. Sometimes they ask bland questions but that may be to check a human is involved with the support.
easy and straight forward
Easy to use but I think the notification icon needs to be more pronounced on the homepage, sometimes I miss the small notification.
It is an excellent applications for responding swiftly to customers through their chatbox. I've used the app for a long time and recent updates have been very very kind to me with quicker notification pop-ups and faster messaging.
This has helped me close some sales. I'm surprised how many people use this as their means of communication with us!

There are a lot of negative reviews about this app, but I've been using it for a couple of years and really like it. It has improved a lot over that period. It used to be that messages could get lost, but that's not the case anymore. You can see if a customer is still online and if they're not the replies are sent by email. IOS users get the replies via Apple Chat (if you set that up). Ideally, I'd like the option to be able to hide the icon and instead link to chat, e.g. from a contact-us page or in a menu, but otherwise it works for us. Great app for no additional cost.
