Easy to use, easy to set up and easy to organise. Links with my store with ease. Would be good to be able to answer messages within my admin. Other than that, good app.

I love that my staff can handle messages coming into the website and FB all in one place without having to access my FB account. It also gives us a way to see the conversations, so we know what is going on.

Pretty Good! But I have to sign in every time rather than get an instant response by email ... all good though!

I use this app to communicate with my customers and its a great tool to have, especially when you're always on the go.

I love this app, Its so easy to use and very convenient!! I also appreciate it for being a useful resourceful help for others as well
