Sehr cooles Feature, um mit den Kunden sehr nah und schnell zu kommunizieren. Einfach in der Implementierung und auf jedem Gerät erreichbar. Ist man nicht so schnell, dann geht es nahtlos per Mail weiter. Könnte einfacher und besser kaum sein.
Vielleicht in Zukunft noch mit einem Bot, der die Wartezeit zur Erfassung der Bestellnummer nutzt und intern direkt verknüpft.
I used this app to provide real time customer care. I love when it shows the customer's email and order number that the request pertains to as well as the showing of the customer's current cart items. It will be even better if I can paste screenshots directly in the message box instead of needing to make it a file then attach. Una app super útil, sencilla de usar y con la interfaz bastante amigable. La verdad que es muy práctica. Lo que le falta para 5 estrellas es integrar más canales de contacto para poder centralizar las consultas (whatsapp, google, facebook, instagram...).

It is nicely integrated, but sometimes hard to locate/remember where to find on the dashboard - desktop, mobile, inbox - so I can reply.

It helps me communicate with my customers. I get informed immediately and this enable me react immediately
It's efficient. I don't have to go in and out of social media. I can work and respond to a question or comment and keep it pushing.
