Handy tool, if your not available and a customer messages on the website you can rely and the customer is notified and replies.
We are not using the app to the full extent but will be setting it up shortly to take a full advantage the software. We can eliminate the other companies we are currently using - THANK YOU for making this part of our website monthly fee Is there a way for us to see or be notified when a customer is on our website as we see with the Tidio app?

Our customers use it A LOT so it has been a great addition. The only thing that has kept me from giving 5 stars is the chat is a little glitchy. Some people don't see messages and think we are ignoring them even though we have sent replies. Also some newer messages arrive before older ones making the chain confusing.
Otherwise a great addition to our store.
It helps, but since it goes back to their email, I am not having much luck contacting them again.
Any easy way to chat with your customers if they need help.
Works seamlessly, easy to use and effortless to setup. Does the job perfectly and customers don't seem to have any issues using it. Great for building trust!
