This app is the most significant improvement to my store since the "If You Liked That, Then Try This". Smart, efficient, my customers like it, and I like it as well. However, it now means I can never be away from the store, since it works beautifully on my mobile device as well.

So far so good. Absolutely love this app and I think it's very crucial for any business as a way to give future and current customers an easier way to contact you.

Great app. Easy to use. It's smoothly integrated into my store. Love it!!! Does need some improvement to make the automation process simpler. Overall it's a great app

this is very good. A little recommendation. Please give the settings to change the automated questions from the customer's perspective. I only see one "I need an update for my order" and that too cannot be customized.

We use the app on both desktop and mobile, so far it's been great for engagement! We're averaging a sale for 1 in 3 conversations started which is a great conversion rate for our industry. We definitely recommend!

wonderful. solved many issues in one place like a boss. really nice experience to handle all social handlers in one place, but this will be a Big boss if we can integrate WhatsApp with it.
