Works well and receive questions from customers fast. Love the automatic Q&As. Other then that, wish scammers wouldn't message us, but I guess that can't be helped.

The app is great! Very user-friendly, easy to manage, super helpful data like the page the customer is looking at, customer profile, order history, items in cart, etc.

Love this App! Brings me communication from all my other apps to one location. Helps me to keep track of conversations across all my marketing outlets and quickly respond to my cusotmers. only downfall is i get messages all the time. this app does not abide by my store hours

The app is amazing for business and really allows you to keep on top of customer inquires. It's a great opportunity to provide customer support, avoid chargeback and even make sales!!!

It is ok, but I would prefer to have the people contact directly on my email if they need something, that way I see it and do not miss anything.

so far I like it. It have every thing I need to support my custumers. I sugest you try it.
I use to use whatsapp. but it get confuse with my personal afairs. also here in case Im not online, it will sent me an email with the user questiuon and detels. really good
