this app is great. Should be able to switch between two different stores would be great! We have three stores. I hate signing out to check other store messages.
We have seen an increase in sales from using Inbox to chat with customers with questions about specific products. The FAQ auto response is awesome and saves us a ton of time answering repeat questions. I really like that if we don't get back to a customer right away with their answer, our responses are sent to them via email. Great add on.

Certainly does the job for a free app. Multiple staff members can respond which is a great feature. The only thing is we get double emails as one goes to the primary shop email and the second for all staff.
This app is great if you have someone to monitor it in real-time to give customers a quick answer to their questions.
Great App for getting all my messages in one place. Much easier to manage and more efficient. Would highly recommend to all businesses.

Overall functions are very helpful. It'd be more effective, if messages are classified/assigned to various levels according to the importance.
