Thank you very much Shopify for developing such an app. Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message and all the messages that come to the chat box I have added to my website are at hand thanks to the same mobile app. I can also assign team members. Thus, the appropriate team worker writes the answer. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. Seriously, I said this is a free app :) I would definitely recommend it.

It is fun to have my messages just pop up where my eyes are all day. It's enjoyable to have my messages appear where I'm looking all day.

So far so good. The app is generating sales and very happy with how it is performing. It was easy to set up too.
