In terms of adding videos in your Inbox messages, this is not yet possible but I can see why this would be beneficial. I'll be sure to pass your suggestion onto our development team. -Victor, Shopify Support
We like being able to communicate instantly and interact with customers when they need us for questions.
Great app! It tells you the customer and the order typically either their last one or current one in their cart.

Occasionally, specific customers who utilize the contact page find on my website, sometimes their messages are directed solely to my personal email address and consequently do not appear within the Shopify Inbox. This diversion of messages to private email accounts can result in a lack of centralized communication and potential oversight. As a result, there might be a delay in responding to customer inquiries or addressing concerns promptly.
Very good, only frustration is that on Apple Business Chat it only allows full screen chat which doesn't enable to take visitors on a site tour.

Chat pot is one of the most powerful to use on your website even if you are still in the preparation period, just adding some questions and auto-reply can be used to direct your lost visitors directly to right place and solve the issue without spending your time in it, keep going guys, great app
Good UX
The app has helped us easily communicate with customers which in turn has increased our sales. The only thing I've noticed is it goes down once in awhile and I need to re-signin. Overall - it's been great.
