I like this app! It gives me an opportunity to connect with my customers when they are actively browsing my website. I haven't come across any issues using the app. I like that I can use it on my desktop as well as on my mobile.

Really needs voice or video connection to the customer for better customer service.

es una buena aplicacion, pero seria mejor su directamente te enviara respuesta a whatsapp mas que al correo cuando uno no responde de inmediato. se hace mas facir la comunicacion por whatsapp creo. ademas seria bueno que uno pudiese ponerle un timbre exagerado e insistente al telefono cuando llegan mensajes por aqui, se pierde facilmente el momento online con el cliente.

Annoying.
Every time there is a message it emails ALL admin personel.
Sure you can turn it off for everyone but you can't pick who gets the messages. So all or nothing. Chat support has yet to get back to me.

My biggest problem with this app is that you cannot turn it off after hours. You will have customers messaging you at all hours of the night. Only a small percentage of chat customers convert. Due to the high volume of messages I have been receiving 24 hours a day, I decided to remove the chat from my website.
