Why we cannot give negative stars?? Minus 1000 for us, it installed by itself on a perfectly working chat (Ping) and is now asking our customers for their phone number to start a simple chat, we basically lost every contact with our customers, shame on you!
Update: I am now re-using this app now that it has customer information, Notifications are working, It has a way to go before a 5 star app. Needs "Peek" see what customers are typing as they type. Big time saver. Also would like the ability to send a copy to my help desk when I need to. Yes it seems to be getting more commonly used as time goes on.
还可以，方便与客户沟通，但是同一个客户为什么经常有好几处对话不能合并为一个？

Dev team finally fix shops switching function and it works.
Suggestion:
1. Add "Long press msg to reply" function like whatsapp, so seller can reply each questions precisely in inbox.
2. Add "Recall / Delete" function which both parties type wrongly.
3. Improve uploaded picture quality, we need display HD pic.
4. Just copy everything from whatsapp will do.
I love this app because it is so much easier for the customer to get in contact with me and vice versa.
