Shopify Inbox

Great opportunity to receive quick and honest feedback. I have had only a few questions come through so far, but I am grateful it allows me the chance to respond to any outstanding questions and/or concerns.

I can't delete them, deleted the app and it still stays on the left side of the shopify backend. I searched for inbox in the app store and it shows me the status of the app already installed.

Does what it says its going to. not sure how it serves me other than to email back threw the shop aka without switching tabs.

This makes it super easy to organize my time - especially across replying to messages on FB and IG. So far so good.

Great app to communicate with customers and not miss conversations. Set up was easy and all communications are in one place.
