very useful app. our customers have been sending messages through this app and I am able to access right away to respond instead of an email.
Did great allowing customers to communicate with me. Reduced abandoned chcekouts since Clients can express any concern or ask questions they have before making an order

Excellent, lots of great features built right in and free. What's not to love? We moved away from Tidio and am glad so far.
It increased sales as customers have direct communication with seller. It's easy to use, on a mobile device or on a computer and it reduces the need for emails.

This has helped us answer questions quickly for our customers and has helped obtain orders! It is easy to use.
Incredible app it just needs translations for the discount codes and when chating with team to appear on different sides
