This App has helped alot with customers being able to get ahold of me quicker!! And I have had customers comment of this feature too.

Ability to answer queries from various platform is super interesting. Keep up the work to include more platforms like Twitter, Tiktok. Also we need more automated message.
缺点：界面色彩单一，太枯燥了，没有表情，不能搜索对话或者归类，自定义标签，建议像facebook messager学习，
其他功能很好，非常好用，而且与shopify商城结合紧密，可以看到客户的加购等动作，希望以后不要收费，谢谢
