I used this app to help me do customer support. Thanks for the support as my works easier than before.

Sin duda la aplicación que mejor me funciona y la más fácil de instalar, pues las demás cuesta instalarlas y a no ser que tengas muy claro lo que hacer te puedes perder mucho.

The app started off pretty rough, but Shopify has done a great job of improving it. Highly recommend as it integrates nicely with the Shopify dashboard.

Muito boa aplicação e bastante intuitiva. Tem tudo o que é necessário para o comércio electrónico.

商品のタグをつけられるのでおすすめの商品も提案しやすいです。
また自動応答設定も簡単なので休業日にはその旨も自動的に伝えてくれるという点も良いです。
ただし返答した回答をお客様が確認したのかが分かるともっと良いです。

Love it! Much easier to communicate with customers than regular email, and gives important customer info such as cart value, order info, etc! :)
