Great tool! I am excited about having this feature in my Shopify store.

Handige app waarin de meeste social media berichten op een plek gelezen en beantwoord kunnen worden.

目前感觉还不错，整体操作比较简单，界面也整洁清爽，与店铺适配度非常好，这一点是其他插件无法比拟的。希望聊天框可以更加只能一下，比如实时翻译各种语言，可以提高商店的客户接访效率，也能给客户带来更加快捷的体验。希望在实时翻译上，能尽快得到完善，谢谢~

I installed "Shopify inbox" about 6 months and I it's been very helpful. My clients pop in & out, leave a message or read those FAQ's. Easy to use and makes my life easier.

Best chat app so far. Track my order feature is the best which I like. Thanks Shopify for making E-Commerce websites more valuable.

I love this app because it is so much easier for the customer to get in contact with me and vice versa.

Till now, it is perfect. Very fast and convenient. It would be better if the page display icon can be fixed in one position, the suspension is very affecting the appearance.
