Excellent, lots of great features built right in and free. What's not to love? We moved away from Tidio and am glad so far.

It increased sales as customers have direct communication with seller. It's easy to use, on a mobile device or on a computer and it reduces the need for emails.
Dev team finally fix shops switching function and it works.
Suggestion:
1. Add "Long press msg to reply" function like whatsapp, so seller can reply each questions precisely in inbox.
2. Add "Recall / Delete" function which both parties type wrongly.
3. Improve uploaded picture quality, we need display HD pic.
4. Just copy everything from whatsapp will do.

I use this app to interact with customers. I like that it provides away to use quick responses. I do not like that I can not tell if it active. Meaning, my store says that I can not use another because of this one although I have followed all of the steps. It would be better if their was a active button that made it immediately available.
