This is really a great app! Helps you with Facebook Messages and also other channels. I think this is one of those must have apps.
Easy to set up and use. The phone app makes responding to messages super easy no matter where I am.
It is very helpful and response their questions. It is real easy. Awesome app! You should have it for sure.
Love it! Shopify Inbox makes it incredibly easy for customers to reach out and ask questions. Having it completely integrated with the Shopify backend makes it completely seamless.

Very useful app for quick communication with customers. I like the full integration into the store. I recommend it!
The immediacy for the customer is helpful, even if they receive an email reply later. It's also useful to be able to provide instant answer for the most common couple of questions. It has definitely helped us engage, keep and convert customers and inquiries into sales.
