Shopify make you log out automatically after a while, for security reasons I assume, even if you use is continiously. BUT they don't let you know you've been logged out. No notification or email. So you just go on with your day thinking its just noone atm that wants to chat. Then after a few days you get angry emails from customer who doesn't get a respsonse in the chat. Because shopify logged you out. Perfect.
AWESOME! It has made my life so much easier and definitely makes it easier for me to answer chat questions.
on the seller side, the chat it great, however from the customer side, a lot of them has complain that they can not leave the chat to return to the website.
App is easy to use and a good way to manage communication with customers.
