It works great from the first moment i installed it.
Customers really like immediate chats.
For us it is a great tool to just give that little bit extra.

We switched from another chat app and this one is far superior. It is integrated with orders and pulls up the customer history in the sidebar which is so helpful. I like the quick replies as well. Being able to reply on a mobile phone or laptop is also a plus.

I recently set up the app on my Shopify shop. I love being able to talk with customers and helping them online with their questions.

Looks great but could use email forwarding into the inbox so it can be used as a full fledged support ticket system.
