So far so good... very easy to set-up, use and manage ongoing whether it be on my mobile or laptop. Thanks for the added functionality Shopify!

After I uninstalled the app, it's not on my apps list anymore. However, the app still appears on my online store homepage on front end, and also on the admin panel on the back end. Please inform me on how to delete it completely from my store. Update: The custom service manager named Sam was very helpful for solving my problem. I even decided to keep the app and use it later. Thank you!

please allow us to filter products based on tags and collection or any way, so we could send multiple products in chat to customers. That will be best. And also make it able about the customer queries if it match with any pre set questions with only one or two words.

Rest all are best.

I already had a "Contact Me" link on my site.
Since adding the live chat, customer interaction has gone up considerably.
Many have resulted in immediate sales.

I am moving my shop from etsy, so I had high expectations of the messaging capabilities - Shopify inbox has exceeded every expectation I had! I would absolutely recommend the app to anyone, and I love it so much more than anything I've used thus far to speak with customers on!
