Shopify Inbox

I am moving my shop from etsy, so I had high expectations of the messaging capabilities - Shopify inbox has exceeded every expectation I had! I would absolutely recommend the app to anyone, and I love it so much more than anything I've used thus far to speak with customers on!

Good app, notifies the chatting info immediately, helps more customers to visit the store.

I love it it's so easy to use! And it works very well. Usefull and works well! To many more shopify integrations like this!

The first day I installed it I received an order because we were able to chat with them at the decision point.

Its been super helpful and has increased sales being able to respond directly to customer questions. I would recommend.

As usual, everything Shopify creates just works really well! I was able to cancel our subscription to another chat service and this works even better. Win win.

It is intuitive instantly - by the way I would remove the 25 word limit on this review as I nearly just got out of it as it was annoying to have to write 25 words when busy
