I am very satisfied using this app, 100% recommended business running on shopify, Excellent product.
We like being able to communicate instantly and interact with our customers when they need us for questions. Need to improve few things.. Overall good application
- Frequently fails to deliver messages to customers, and resending fails as well
- Does not show images shared by users from social media channels
- Shipping status autoreply can't be disabled, even when it's not functional in your region
- Does not provide reliable status of user presence
- Notifications are unreliable, and frequently received after the customer has given up and left

Good but we need 2 essential things in order to have the perfect app, the possibility to change the color of the text (and not only have it white) and the possibility to translate the Q&A when a customer choose a different language in the language selector or when the /en in the url is active for exemple.

The chat feature worked very well for me. I was able to get a new customer to order easily, and some of the features of sending products and orders directly in the chat window came in handy.
However, without the ability to schedule active hours, have multiple users, and use a desktop client, I found that the tool becomes unusable for our needs. Add those features in and I would become a user again.

This app is really helpful. My only complaint is it allows only 1 store. I have 3 that I currently manage for different pieces of our company. It would be nice to manage them all without having to log out and log back in, ESPECIALLY on my mobile app.
