je ne trouve plus le lien sur la pannel admin pour acceder a shopify inbox ? Depuis le nouveau lifting ila disparu et introuvable dans les onglets
It blocks the whole page and does not let the visitor exit. If they reload the page, it loads back up. This is a horrible experience.
Hey there, thanks for taking the time to write a review. When you open the chat by selecting the icon on the online store - you can also select the application icon once again to close the chat. With that being said, the application should still allow you to still select items on the online store. Hey there, Are we able to switch off app just on desktop? Desktop's appearance is not good enough like mobile and i wanna close the button in there.
This application is bare bones and desperately needs more interaction options such as requiring a phone number and/or spam detection.

除了打开速度较慢，其他的挺不错的， 方便沟通，内嵌简洁。如果商店一直保持在线的话是非常便利的软件，可以快速响应客户信息。但是不在线的话，也会有邮件告知有客户来信息，但是无法查看到信息的具体内容，需要重新登陆并查看，这一点不太便利。
