Very convenient!
love the chat box. gives you chance to talk with the customer, whilst seeing what has already been said
it works. it doesn't cost anything. I'm sure others have more features but that's not what I need....I just want people to be able to message and ask a question, maybe get a FAQ or two
very easy and convenient to use! I am not a computer genius, I am a self taught Gen Xer. You can answer messages on your shop dashboard or link your store to the shopify inbox app and answer on your phone anytime anywhere.

Shopify Inbox has helped us to fine tune and streamline our customer service process. The ability to get back to customers on our time frame is a game changer and has helped us to improve our customer service and customer engagement tremendously! Now no question goes unanswered and minimal leads are lost.
This is a life saver! My mom has been in the hospital the past few days and she was the only person on my mind, plus I work full time. During this time I didn't notice that I had a message from someone, this service saved me. It answered what it could for me.
I am now back and able to keep up with my messages, but I could not live without Shopify Inbox, it is a must have!!
