The app has helped connect with customers who would like to engage with our business to help them make a purchasing decision.
The app works really well and is super simple to set up. It's very nice that it sends notifications to your phone and computer. I was hesitant about adding a chat feature to our store, as I thought there would need to be someone manning it at all times of the day. However, you can set up available hours and if a message is received outside these hours, you can follow it up via email at a later time.
Great App, The Problem is that we manage 2 more Shopify Accounts. And we can't stay online at the same time.
Hello Metziko Collection, thanks for your great feedback and review! We are working on making this work for multiple Shopify stores, although I do not have an eta on that yet.
At this time, one workaround is to use a phone device for one store, and then login to the desktop version for another store. The desktop can be found at shopifyping.com

Eigentlich ein wirklich tolles Tool!
Wir verkaufen jedoch international und es gibt keine Übersetzungsoptionen. Das ist sehr mühsam, weil wir immer alles in Google übersetzen müssen um dann antworten zu können. Hoffentlich gibt es dafür bald eine Lösung. Das wäre ein Segen❤️
Auf jeden Fall ist die App sehr zu empfehlen!

Most of my customers are unable to receive my responses even when they are online, and also my responses are going to their spam and junk folders so a lot of the times they don't even know that I've responded to their inquiries.

Really useful to have this tool integrated on shopify!
It's a good start. It works immediately out of the box. I would like people to be able to enter their names. Pre-done text excerpts for when you're away, or hours available to chat would be great. Saved chats so you can view or respond on desktop would be good too.

Removing Facebook messenger and Apple business chat takes all the appeal out of this app. Terrible move from Shopify.we will be looking for an alternative and will exploring the possibility of taking our business to another e-commerce platform.

I like the idea, but still needs improvement for android version. I would like to have the ability to set hours available for live chat (like facebook messenger) and, also, to be able to respond via computer, not just phone app.

There are some features that were not added in this initial first version of Shopify Ping for Android that we intend to incorporate in future updates. Features that are integrated into the iOS version of Ping such as sharing product pages, draft orders, discount codes, setting availability hours as you mentioned, as well as working with Kit, will be added in the future as we build upon Ping for Android. :)
