Inbox makes interacting with our customers super easy. The "Quick Replies" that you can set up have saved us a lot of time having to answer the same question over and over.
We like Shopify Inbox except for the exception that (as far as we know) it can't be shut off when we are not available to answer. This is frustrating for our customers.

Easy to use, and very well-integrated with our Shopify store (duh, it's first party).
Would be great if we could drag and drop media into the chat directly on browser, as we need to attach media quite often.
I like it, but will need to work on setting it up so I can answer customers immediately. I didn't see the messages come through right away, only when I was logged into the app on my laptop.

I like this app overall, but the fact that you can't stop it from filling your email inbox with every chat message is annoying. My employee handles the chat inbox so I don't need to be notified of every message via my email. Very annoying.
