Prima mag wat snelle zijn en een beetje gebruisvriendelijker (bv standaard open in pc) net als messinger

Shopify Inbox Login Error.
When I log in Shopify Inbox App in Android, Error Code : browser_not_found.Ens come out. Even though my mobile phone installed Chrome and Samsung Internet. My phone is Samsung Note 9. Please help me on this.

We are currently in testing mode with this app and most of the features appear to function well and it will be very useful. However, a couple of issues that we've run into is that it doesn't appear that the customer is able to clear their chat history easily. New chat messages seem to be stacked endlessly on previous messages. Also, notifications seem to be hit or miss.

In regards to your notifications error, this could be caused by a couple of factors. You may want to try re-installing Shopify inbox to see if you are still getting those issues, it could also be an issue with receiving emails from your email provider or Internet service provider.

Good functionality - easy to install.
Would like the seamless ability to manage the chats on a desktop.
Most other live chats have this.

I would give it 5 stars but for the fact, if a person leaves an email you cant copy and paste it into the email from the top of the app. If a person types their email into the conversation then pressing this does in fact open the email app so you can email. It's a little annoying.

good so far is working great have hadn't no issues yet! i suggest so far! really easy to use and simple.. its not confusing like the rest

I would give it a 5 star but I just started using it. I need to try it out a little longer to decide if it deserves that extra star. As of right now it is work pretty good

Please i need help. I want to uninstall this app but there is no such option. When i click on the Apps menu , this Inbox app does not appear

Good app except it should allow customization on..
- Icon ; SVG attributes can be set.
- Allow notification to be disabled for new visitors.
- More FAQ Instant answers rather than stick to 7
