Excellent App interface for quick real-time responses to customer enquiries at your fingertips no matter where you are on the go.

So any new potential leads or sales are not lost by being able to beat the competition to satisfy your customers questions in an instant.

Overall it works alright, but there's too long of a delay between when the customer sends a message and when it pings on my iphone. The latency is too high. It's not like a text message that pops up within a matter of seconds. This takes minutes.

Very Great App.
I'm very sure that a lot of small businesses on Shopify are tapping into the benefits of this awesome application for customer interaction and business.
