lIKE IT, BUT GAVE A SCAMMER THE INTERACTIVITY TO CREATE A LOT OF STRESS BY SENDING E A PAGE OF FALSE CODE 24 HOURS BEFORE LAUNCHING 3 YEARS HARD WORK, HOWEVER, IT HAS CREATED LEADS FROM NOT A LOT, SO FOR THAT I GIVE 3 STARS, THE LEADS ARE FEW BUT NONE THE LESS LEADS, ITS JUST A CHAT, ITS DOWN TO YOU TO REALLY HAMMER THE SALE WHEN THE MESSAGE OMES IN, BUT I CAN PUT MY EMAI ANYWHERE AND AKLOW THAT LUS I HAVE AL MY SOIAL MEDIA, I AM 50/50 ON THIS TOOL AND DOUBT I WILL BE KEEPING IT
It works great for actual customers, but there is a lot of spam. Many companies that offer Shopify customization services reach out through the chat pretending to be legitimate customers.
Would be good if replies were automatically saved as "Drafts" so that I can go back to them. Exit page to check something and the email disappears!
Seems to work seamlessly I old wish Shopify chat support was better as they offer no phone support and the chat support waste many hours to fix simple issues.
Customer service is the best I have ever experienced ANYWHERE! They are super quick maybe 5 minutes max and the chat feature helps so much when I am trying to design! They are super helpful and absolutely amaing 5 stars NO QUESTION
Shopify Inbox is very useful. I like that you can set parameters for auto-replies when you are not around to answer immediately such as customers asking questions in the middle of your night.
