Meta's inbox could learn a few things from Shopify Inbox for sure!

Its been really easy to install and use. Helping customers quickly to decide to make a sale. Has been a seamless experience unlike other apps.

This may be a good app, I may be able to add that when I figure out how to use it. An app without detailed instructions is USELESS and I am shocked at the absolute lack of instruction for setup, bad navigation, and how customers are supposed to somehow just figure this out. This is true of my entire shopify experience but they are not alone, most providers today seem to think that developing a next gen solution should not include instructions on how to use it.

Great tool for customers to get answers quickly. Quick answers are a great addition and we've noticed how much customers appreciate an instant response. Easy to use and the mobile app works great. Would like to see it tag customer orders in Shopify.
