I like the inbox app a lot - I can use it from my browser or from my phone so even when I'm on the go I can chat with customers!
I set an away message but unfortunately it's so awesome and sounds like me that my customers sometimes reply to me like I'm actually starting a conversation but that's something I'm just going to have to figure out!
Inbox has grown over the years, and now is a fully functioning way of communicating with customers. Plus it has a location function in the customer profile section, so you can tell if you're dealing with scammers

I would recommend. After initial retraining on the app, we've come to rely on it with our customer interactions. It actually has a great deal of functionality that we didn't realize until we started using it.
Easy in use
Its extremely convenient being attached to all of the order history. I also enjoy getting the phone notificatications - it allows me to be extremely attentive.
Great feature for staying connected to customers.
