User friendly.

Sehr guter Dienst. Wir können viele Fragen sofort klären und so den Kaufabschluss fördern. Auch sind Fragen per E-Mail und telefonische Anfragen weniger geworden.

Messages are fast and well presented. Very happy with Shopify Inbox.

Overall it works alright, but there's too long of a delay between when the customer sends a message and when it pings on my iphone. The latency is too high. It's not like a text message that pops up within a matter of seconds. This takes minutes.

Everything is good, except we wish we could use emojis.

No problems at all using it. I am able to answer peoples questions with ease using it.

Shop Inbox has been great and very useful so far.

Shopify Inbox is a great tool for our business. Shopify is constantly making improvements and that's very nice to see.
