I love the appropriate option for an AI reply. It was right on the money!
This is a great tool if the app can be monitored by staff during business hours. Push notifications are inconsistent and and email notifications are delayed. When customers use the chat function there is a predisposed expectation that there will be near instantaneous communications.

Great app for customer service. Beware of the barrage of spam you'll receive from marketing firms, but at least you can block senders.

There is no sound notification when a message arrives. Its bad

We understand that this is frustrating as you should be able to receive notifications with sound for Inbox.
Within Inbox settings you can check that your "Push notifications (desktop and mobile)" are enabled. On your mobile device, you also need to have the sound notifications enabled under your general phone settings.

Il serait préférable que sur l'application mobile une notification soit envoyée lorsque nous nous faisons déconnecter de l'app... car sans cela, nous ratons de nombreux messages...
