I love Shopify but I just struggle navigating it sometimes and I do panic when stuff isn't running correctly
Ottima, potrebbe essere sicuramente migliorata, ma offre una buona integrazione e permette di gestire una chat in modo rapido ed efficace.
More features would be nice.

Great feature. The only thing that I'd suggest is the ability for merchants to contact customers regarding their order, using inbox.
Hello! The only drawback of this application is that there is no exit button on the mobile version. If you want to exit, you have to exit the entire website? Looking forward to the later optimization!
All in all, good tool and easy to integrate

I would like to see Ai in the automated responses. It's nice to have to help draft a response, but would be even better to have automated as soon a s a customer chats.
Pro: I love the functionality of it it's easy to use interface on my desktop and phone. I like that I can attach multiple items, which is great for me since I send proofs for approval for every order.
Cons:
1. The saved quick reply options has too low of a character limit.
2. I hate that conversations expire!
3. I hate all the spam emails I get that seems to be connected to the app.
4. I wish I could initiate a conversation with someone who submitted an order, rather than need them to reach out first.
wish it had more customization features given how long it's been out but overall it's decent. Better than mixing in customer messages into my inbox.
