great for me /no problem it does the job and seems to be usefull, have to use it a little longer :)
been using this app for months now on our website, and the app as well, no complaints, does what it supposed to :) recommended for faster communication with potential customers
I appreciate being able to immediately see and respond to customers if we're busy.
The app is very easy to use and serves my purpose well. It is easy to reply back to customers and would recommend it.

I like the app. It allows me to converse with my potential customers easily. I can get an idea as to what they desire and can fulfill that desire. Makes me more confident as an Entrepreneur. LOVE IT!

This app was great until the rules were changed. I can no longer reply to customers on the app--I have to go to email. That significantly changes the effectiveness of this app. Prior to the change I was able to close 5 sales.
Hey, there. Thank you for taking the time and writing this review. Due to the A2P 10DLC Compliance (https://bit.ly/3aUjNMb), there were some changes made to how messages are sent. However, if the customer is present on your Online store, you can respond directly via the chat window.

I had no issues with the app. I ditched facebook chat for this one on all my websites and I have absolutely no regrets!
