No issues, like that ai drafts responses, that over time are getting better and better and i often just have to push send when I answer queries now.

It's good to keep you updated on customer inquiries and having the chat option on your website is a great feature. The AI suggestions need a bit of work and it can be annoying when the AI takes over generating a response when all you want to do is quickly reply - you have to wait till it generates a reply (which is often wrong), delete it, then type your actual response. It would be nice if we could stop the generated response on demand.

Shopify Inbox is fantastic! The chat messaging is simple, clean, and incredibly easy to use. Navigation is smooth, the design looks great, and installation plus setup took no time at all. Absolutely a 5-star experience!

Update: Would like to see Ai added to this. So, we have an automatic reply to customers. I know there's quick replies, but not as good. Still 5 stars though.

Very handy but could do with being able to create instant throw away single use discount codes in the chat window. Also, being able to create and manage a customers cart, including discounts etc would be very useful.

This app is incredible — having a live chat on your store that lets customers and visitors contact you effortlessly, you receiving the messages through both the mobile app and website, is pure genius.

Even better, the AI-powered suggested responses — generated in real time as clients type and send their messages, while considering both the ongoing conversation and the entire store context — are truly impressive. I recommend it to all store owners.

Pro: I love the functionality of it it's easy to use interface on my desktop and phone. I like that I can attach multiple items, which is great for me since I send proofs for approval for every order.
Cons:
1. The saved quick reply options has too low of a character limit.
2. I hate that "enter" sends the message instead of going to the next line.
3. I hate all the spam emails I get that seems to be connected to the app.
4. I wish I could initiate a conversation with someone who submitted an order, rather than need them to reach out first.

It has some additional features like customer details, customers activity on the website which are available as part of the conversation. This makes it easy to answer customer queries

Parfait, jamais déçu pour le moment.
Pourvu que ça dure. Malheureusement ça n'a pas duré. Vraiment décevant que pour une appli native Shopify, il n'y ait pas plus de flexibilité dans les paramètres et réglages ou au moins qu'à minima, l'appli ne se charge pas en lazy loading sur la page d'accueil à défaut de pouvoir se désactiver de la page d'accueil. Du coup j'ai dû désinstaller cette application qui m'éclate mes scores de Core Web Vitals à cause d'un chargement direct sur ma page d'accueil pour juste un misérable widget. si vous visez de bonnes performances pour votre boutique, je vous conseille de rester sur un bon vieux formulaire de contact propre que d'utiliser cette appli trop énergivore pour pas grand chose.
