Inbox is very helpful for my online store. It help to chat to the customers automatically or manually . Thank you for the app.

Decent. I don't understand why we can only set one set of hours per day in the settings. We're not allowed lunch times? Right now I can only say open from and then closed. It would be a lot more useful if I can send a different message (away message) for our lunch time.

Thank you for writing your review and for sharing your feedback with us here. It is possible to set an away message within Inbox, and when you set it to active the message will automatically send to customers. You can therefore just toggle the message to be active whenever you take lunch or step away for a period. You can read more on how to do this here: https://bit.ly/3IjTi2E. -Victor, Shopify Support

Glad things have been good so far! We heard that there can be confusion setting up Facebook Messenger to work with Ping. Our developers have taken feedback and are currently working on making the Facebook Messenger integration with Ping smoother process. Although I don't have a specific release date, you can keep an eye out for this update to happen in Spring 2021.

So far so good! The customers seem to be enjoying being able to contact us directly from the site. It's also great that there are built in automations that the customer can use when we're not online.
