Es súper práctica para atender sobre la marcha consultas de clientes. Creo que esta inmediatez y cercanía son muy apreciadas por las personas, y mejoran su experiencia de usuario de la tienda.

La app funciona muy bien tanto en pc/portátil como en móvil (IPhone).

La recomiendo 100%.

Easy, fast and integrates perfectly. You can see their cart and location, but you cannot instigate conversations. I would recommend.

For a free app it works fine. If basic message templates were added for instant answers that would save us a lot of time. Other apps have them. Easy, peasy.

- To reply to customer messages: ‘Customers’ permissions
- To send product pages in chats: ‘Products’ permissions
- To send discount codes in chats: ‘Discounts’ permissions
- To send draft orders in chats: ‘Draft Orders’ permissions
