The app is so helpful and convenient with helping me maintain contact with my customers. The Auto responses are great as well.

Our customers LOVE THIS! Plus I can easily get sales by popping the product into the chat. Would like to be able to generate coupons as well.

I like it to be able to chat with customer quickly. I wish i can see the link of the items they are viewing at the time of chat but otherwise all good. Thanks.

The only good thing about this is the order lookup. Otherwise it's very, very basic. Needs a lot of improvement to do things like missed chats, tell customers that you're offline, etc.

Great app it does what it says. I get all the customer messages and you can have auto-replies. I get the messages on my phone which makes things very convenient.

Do what it should do for free, after a week-end 5 chat opened, a sale that won't happend without it, occured. Good job. Even If I will probably move for something with more features it's the best app to start open chat on your store.

I am having this error for more than 2 months.
"An error occured: Could not login to Inbox, please try again later (1000)"

Asked for support and haven't had any support.
Yesterday, I deleted the sale channel but it is back on my sale channel list. (How!!!)

Can anyone help me use or delete this thing?

Weird the negative reviews, they want all the features in the world from this App for free. I think this is a simple and great app, direct to the point and doesn't impact your store speed at all. Thanks Shopify

Me gusta esta app, deben de mejorar algunas cosas con las integraciones de Instagram, Facebook etc, seria genial si pudieran integrar Tiktok u otras aplicaciones.
