I like this app because it helps my customers reach me in real time. But I would like if they are able to show me the title and image of the items they are inquiring about. Currently they are able to say the title of the item but no image of it shows.

Very handy, and useful app to have to offer customer service to my customers. Highly recommend having in your shop.
This app simply doesn’t work. The worst part is that I thought it was working fine until this morning when I opened it up and there were all of a sudden dozens of unread conversations going back months. It looks like I’ve been receiving about 10% of my messages the whole time I’ve been using the app. I’m really horrified that all these customers have been ignored because this app didn’t A) notify me of the messages and B) show them in the inbox.

I cannot say enough great things about Shopify Inbox! As a small business owner, I have tried multiple chat apps and always had issues with either high costs or technical difficulties. But then I discovered Shopify Inbox and it was a game-changer. Not only is it affordable (Free), but it has all the features I need to communicate with my customers efficiently. And best of all, no more frustrated customers due to buggy apps! Thank you Shopify Inbox for making running my online store so much easier.
Decent. I don't understand why we can only set one set of hours per day in the settings. We're not allowed lunch times? Right now I can only say open from and then closed. It would be a lot more useful if I can send a different message (away message) for our lunch time.

It is possible to set an away message within Inbox, and when you set it to active the message will automatically send to customers. Glad things have been good so far! We heard that there can be confusion setting up Facebook Messenger to work with Ping. Our developers have taken feedback and are currently working on making the Facebook Messenger integration with Ping smoother process. Although I don't have a specific release date, you can keep an eye out for this update to happen in Spring 2021.

A simple yet powerful app has transformed my customer communication into a seamless and efficient experience.
So far so good! The customers seem to be enjoying being able to contact us directly from the site. It's also great that there are built in automations that the customer can use when we're not online.
