This has evolved into a great way for us to capture customer queries. we are very happy with how it works and is proving great at capturing customer details as well.
Reliable app. Easy and free to use. No problems so far. Would recommend to everyone just starting up.

It's better if I can view the pictures of my products when my customer contacts us.
FREE and adds trust between the customer and seller. I also use it for reassuring addresses, and if there are special notes I have to tell my customers, I directly use this APP.

Wenn man sich darauf einlässt und auch oft am Rechner sitzt, kann man ganz schnell Kundenadfragen beantworten. In 90% der Fälle hat das auch zu einem Kauf geführt. In Deutschland freuen sich Menschen noch über ein wenig Beratung. Wer nicht viel am Rechner sitzt, bekommt die Nachrichten per Email und antwortet eben später!

Works great so far! I've been using it for months and it really helps with connecting with our customers and answering their questions efficiently.
It works well. Somehow, I still miss some of the notifications. If the notifications kept coming until answered, that would make it near perfect.
