Shopify Chat is a very well designed, minimalist customer chat app. It is well connected with Shopify Dashboard capabilities as well. It works without bugs, which should be self-evident but unfortunately, a lot of chat apps on the internet have bugs. I switched to a WhatsApp chat widget but then came back to Shopify Chat after 4, 5 days. I am very satisfied with it and I hope the Shopify Chat team will add even more fun features to it. Thank you.

Desde esta aplicación puedo chatear y conversar con mis clientes de manera muy fluida. Me permite enviarles fotos de productos y precios y recomendaciones. Es fácil de usar y se adapta a mi web.

Genial que sea más que un chat. Me gustó que se puede vender a través de esta aplicación y que las conversaciones quedan cerradas o abiertas. Las respuestas automáticas es lejos lo que mis clientes y no clientes usan :)

We use the app on our store and is an excellent one to address customer queries. Its a quick way to connect to the customer. The mobile app however needs a little bit of work. The mobile app can keep the store logged in at all times which will make it more user friendly.
Overall a good app to connect with customers

I am still evaluatiing and I like it. I don't like the big picture message right in my face where I usually would see a list of messages. I think it is beneficial for some things to look like other similar things and email is one of them. I don't look forward to figuring out if I can receive or send attachments. The small little tiny little thing at the top that says I have a message is taking a learning curve to remember that is there when new messages should be RIGHT IN MY FACE SAYING YAEH LOOK AT ME PLEASE ME !!!! ME

What a great app. With the three social media outlets we are using. It can get challenging to keep up with responding to each customer. But not anymore! We connected all our outlets to this app, and each of my team members can now respond to customers' questions. LOVE IT
