This app could be the death of any new started shop or e-commerce service if the app itself seem to stop working and even delete itself from the containing apps used for a shop? C'mon - developers should really start looking at the fundamentals of how this app is built and why it keeps crashing in a similar fashion for us all.... When its working - it does its job and it does it good. But its really unstable at the moment...

It is a very simple and nice app. But why can I not remove this "Can I get an update on my order status?" Thats a standard question and everyone can see the standard question. The app is not very useful with this question. I can see that many are asking about this.

Works fine with shopify theme! Could have more design settings. For example other type of chat icons.

I have had two conversations in the past two days that lasted over an hour where I had to re-explain myself several times. I had one desired outcome yesterday, and a different one today. Neither one were resolved. Each time they offered solutions that were not at all related to my questions. I am left feeling confused and super frustrated.

The app works well and does as it should for an easy online chat app. I wish that you could attach images in the chat to better assist customers, I have to ask them to email me for that. I would also like it if I could send more than one link at a time and have it popup as a preview window. Lastly, there are issues with the shopify inbox on my computer communicating to the shopify inbox app on the cell phone. I will read a message and mark it closed yet I still have the notification on my app and no unread messages in the "open" section. Just a small glitch. Notifications are persistent and not as customizable as they should be. Could be slightly improved and be really wonderful!

will be better if integrated with FB messenger
