Exceptional Customer Service Experience with Shopify Inbox - 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I recently started using the Shopify Inbox app, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. Although I haven't made any sales yet, I have had the opportunity to provide top-notch customer service by promptly responding to user inquiries, even from my mobile device.

The app is user-friendly, making it easy to manage customer interactions and stay connected with my audience. It has allowed me to enhance the overall shopping experience for my potential customers, which I believe is crucial for any online store's success.

I am confident that this app will contribute significantly to my store's growth and reputation, thanks to its seamless integration and convenience. I really wanted to like this app. Integration with Apple Messages works well, it looks good and everything is centralised on Ping. Plus it’s free. However, just turning this app on instantly kills my pagespeed score! It’s loading webfonts, google captchas, jquery and a bunch of other stuff. Plus I have no control over it. There should be an option to manually insert chat onto the theme, so I could get some control on how it’s loaded. Or options to disable chat on mobile version (it’s where it’s most noticeable the performance hit). Or please do anything really about performance, I want to use this app and chat service but as it is it’s simple impossible.

Love the addition of this app. Helps customers get answers to quick questions in a timely manner. We're using a few automations for common questions and an automatic reply after business hours. It's all been working well.

The Inbox app helps me connect to my customers quicker when am not on the computer. I really like how I can easily look up & share Products and Discounts from the app.

Excellent platform to see customer messages, however these is need to improve showing images/pictures in app along with message.

Agreed that allowing photos to be sent and received would be a great feature to have. It is a big request from many merchants including yourself.

Meh. Not seamless. To many screens before I get to inbox. I don't like frames. Would like to be able to resize frames to my liking.

I have lots of customer enquires on this after hours and find I would be loosing these sales of the option to chat wasn't there..
