The inbox really helps communications with customers. I'd like to have the app send an email to my inbox once I get a message.

We are not able to get ringing notification on phone when a custer is jumping on the chat to solve the concerns.

If you're having issues with getting notifications from Inbox, this is likely due to the app not having the permissions needed to send notifications. Please, access the 'settings' area of your mobile device and then look for 'notifications.' From there, find the Inbox app and select it. I think is good.very convenient to talk with the sellers,we will always use it,hope can be more good to our online shop.
I use this app to help live chat with customers, which provides a great deal of confidence. It works as advertised, but changing and editing features, especially notifications is not intuitive.
chat icon is directly over Checkout button for some themes and diasables function of it. not recommended...
