Llevo 3 meses usando esta app va bastante bien y cumple su función solo acotar que el tema de notificaciones si falla un poco, porque a veces me notifica y otras veces no, yo creo que si pudieran arreglar este pequeño bug le daría 5 estrellas a la app.
We use this app as a convenience for our customers. Lots of times we get inquiries off hours when customers are reluctant to call. It works well. I like that it will switch to e-mail if the customer leaves the store before we can provide a personalized response. I wish there was a better notification sound when someone asks a question.

Excellent app. Our sales conversion dramatically improved after the installation. Builds in customer relations with human touch and our premium customer service in a concrete way. We managed to recover abandoned carts that would be lost forever only relying in the automated emails.
On/off switch or automation for working hours would be a plus. Overall, excellent app.
The integration with shopify is very nice. Order information, number, customer. It's all there. Only thing is that the app on my iphone is quicker than the website. Sometimes the browser is like a minute slower with the message. Not perfect for a chat app.
This app has really helped me connect with my potential customers instantly and I am confident this has helped increase conversion by at least 25% (we are a small, but growing startup)! The phone app helps me stay alert whenever a customer is trying to ask a question to complete a purchase, or it routes to our support email address so I can answer while away from service.
Great app. Improving every time. Needs some improvements in awesome functions to work as best on marketplace.
i love the site but need more understanding why customers not buying but lots of traffic on website.

It functions well, but we desperately need the option to search through all conversations. For example for a product name or any other keyword.
