Works very well. It the only messenger app I use now and its free so Its saves me money as well.....

I like this app because it collects my messages and I can respond to them when I check on my store everyday. I don't want to be tied down to an open chat room everyday in the hopes that someone will want to chat. I have my cell phone number on the website, and if a customer is determined to talk, they can call me. I have used this app to have several long conversations with individuals who wanted me to hire them to fix my website. I have a team working on it and I hope it will be fixed this week.

Customer states: Your web chat window (at least on my system) can't be resized or relocated and it blocks much of the page... I will need to close it in order to see if I can now add that product to my cart.

Thank you for taking the time and sharing this feedback with us. If the customer is using a tablet or phone, then the chat widget could be blocking their cart. However, since the chat can resume the conversation, they can close the chat to complete actions in the store.

On the other hand, if the chat is blocking the product or cart page on the desktop, then you can also adjust the position of the chat widget through the Appearance settings (https://bit.ly/3pFKhsn) on Shopify Inbox. If you need help with this, then we'd be happy to further assist you through live chat, email, or callback. Introduced as a communication tool with customers. At first, I was really in trouble because there were a lot of push sales by various people, but when I increased the number of automatic reply email registrations, it decreased a little. After that, this chat was really useful for communicating with the customers who purchased it. We look forward to working with you in the future.

Shopify inbox is great with seamless integration with Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Message, however, customers are not able to send images from the website live chat, which is something essential for customers to be able to send images. Extra options and flexibility shall come to Instant answers, like Check Orders, Edit Orders, Edit Shipping Address.
Track my order also needs some flexibility to be able to change the link from Thank You page to Order Tracking page, which it is the information customers usually looking for. We hope to have Inbox with some great updates very soon. Abdelaal

I love that the customer question came directly to my email and allowed me to respond to him in real time. We thrive on providing excellence and this allowed me to do just that! Love it!!!

This app would be a world more useful if you can change the ringtone as the current one is extremely difficult to hear if the phone is in its usual place... my pocket!!!

Unfortunately, changing the notification sound on a third party app is a limitation of Apple devices. You can universally raise or lower the volume, but not change the sound.
