I am having this error for more than 2 months.
"An error occured: Could not login to Inbox, please try again later (1000)"
Asked for support and haven't had any support.
Yesterday, I deleted the sale channel but it is back on my sale channel list. (How!!!)
Can anyone help me use or delete this thing?

Great so far, easy to setup and use. Like the integration with order fulfilment detail. But don't like the 100 char minimum in the review field!

better than zendesk since we can have multiple users on the app at that same time. And it's free which is definitely a huge bonus for us since we are a small business without a lot of extra $$ for apps like this.

It is nice app to use, I wished it had more options such as multi-image attachment or files during the chat, also you should ad a search box to find the products from our website and suggest certain products out of our catalog to the customer right there and then otherwise we have scroll up and down thousands times to find one product. also the title of the subject line is cut half way so we do not know what products the customer is inquiring about and there should be a link to the product to our website in case we need to check details of the products with customer.

Works very well, unfortunately still missing one or two small things. The customer and we do not get a chat history automatically.The automatic mail that a customer has written also does not work for some time. Super functional and clear, easy and fast setup.

Easy app to use and has made a large increase in the communications with our customers. Would highly recommend.

Thank you very much for this work, but a lot of things are missing:
1. Search in messages (you may suggest connecting an external database or google sheet)
2. It is extremely important to link the conversation to a specific order. Otherwise, the conversation is lost and will no longer be found
3. Often messages are not sent the first time and you need to resend them again and again
