Not having desktop or android accessibility really limits the usefulness of this app. Let us know when it's available to a wider audience.

Thank you for your feedback, and we understand your frustration that Shopify Chat requires Ping, which is only for iOS at the moment. We are thinking about the best way to deliver this feature to all merchants!

Bonne application en générale. Nous avons plusieurs sites de commerce et malheureusement l'application ne permet pas d'être authentifié sur deux sites en même temps. De plus, ça ne rassemble pas tous les messages des différents canaux. Fonctionne bien malgré tout, work in progress et pour le prix, on ne peut pas se plaindre.

Overall good and super simple to use, but could be improved. Please add a way to research conversations by name/order number. Another useful feature would be the ability to tag customers with custom-tags.

I Like how this app connects me to my customers better. i would like a way to forward notifications to my facebook messenger as i dont always see notifications in app.

I love to use Inbox to communicate with my customers. I find it much better than email. I can recommend it. Also the integration is very easy. I believe our web shop visitor like to use the tool, as well. It's quicker for them than using the contact form.

Good App that links well to order enquiry status. With a bit more control over the position and size of the widget I would have given 5 stars
